The cost is $140 per keepsake. That includes the creation of the house, as well as customization such as: holiday or other greeting message on the keepsake; name(s); holiday decorations (lights, wreaths, snow, trees). Additional customization requests will incur added costs, but will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

The design is based around the architecture of the house. As the artist, I will place any decorations or messaging where it makes sense within the design. If there is a particular request for the placement of elements, please make that note in the order form.

From the time you order to shipping, it will be approximately 3-4 weeks. If you need it sooner, rush orders can be accommodated at an extra cost, but keep in mind that the hand-crafted nature of the items requires time to create.

Yes! Shipping within the U.S. is included in the pricing. Additionally, if you live in the Seattle area, I can deliver the keepsake to you or arrange a pick-up.
